Chat installed, Arcade moved

I just installed a chat module which you can join and chat with other FJ owners in real time. You can click the Chat link in the navbar to join or click this link. Should open a new browser window and let you continue browsing the forums while you chat.

Also, to make room for the chat link, I moved the arcade to the Quick Links section. If you pull down the Quick Links menu, you should see the arcade link at the bottom.
