Wheeling in GA 9-15

A few of us got together for some wheeling in GA after we found out that Beasley Knob was closed and the FJCTT wouldn't be there. We had a great time, and here are some of the pics from the day! We had 3 FJC's, a 1967 FJ-40 and a 1996 FZJ-80.

Thanks to FJCRUSR and BMThiker for coming out!

Re: Wheeling in GA 9-15

It's outside of ATL on the east side. It's kind of hard to find, but it's just off of I-20 about 10 miles outside of Atlanta. It's a good mix of mud, rocks, and forest.

Re: Wheeling in GA 9-15

Well... I'm an IDIOT!
I manage to fill up my photo album
So, that's all the pictures I have for now...

The day was just great!
It was my first time off road and thanks to k9crazy and DanKunz's instructions and leadership the day went as smoothly as can be considering we were on some pretty rough trail, for me anyway...
As expected my FJ made me look like a pro, what an amazing piece of equipment!
I am now addicted to the sport
when do we go again???

I'm gona tear off my lease agreement pay it off(I wish) tell my accountant to go to hell for telling me to lease and start doing some mod.

How many times can we have Christmas this year?

Anyway, back to Saturday...My little girl Isabelle and my wife Maria also had a great time thanks to everybody there, it felt like we had known everyone for a long time.
It was also cool to be able to help out a few folks that needed help after breaking down on the trail.

Dan I hope you can fix that front locker soon so we can go back up that hill, it was really cool to see you and your rig in action!
By the way, Dan forgot to mention that the hill he was talking about none of us could've even think of trying it.

Hope to see you guys again soon!
And if there's any newby around the Atlanta area, this is a good place to start...
