Fun tool for GPS users

In planning for all of our upcoming trips, I ran across an amazing Google Maps Mashup:
magnalox - magnificent GPS logs and annotated tracks

You can upload GPS logs and make interactive animations from those GPS logs. Many people use it for hiking, biking, etc. There is a 'motoring' section, I'm going to try to make an Off Roading section. I was kind of inspired by a real-time BAJA 1000 tracking site. This site is VERY cool - it could be used to add REAL value to many of our trip reports.

That is quite interesting, I'm not grasping it completely, but getting there. Thanks for the link, I am a GE addict. My family is from the Springs and I was just checking out the old homestead and the Golden Cycle Mill smokestack still there.
