Reddington Pass 12/9/06

I thought I would have to get in on the action since I had the lift installed and wanted to test before hitting Moab in 2 weeks.

Sonic really liked his lift on the dirt. We left it at 6 in the front and 4 in the rear and aired down for the dirt road.
When we hit the trailhead, we clicked them up to 9 and 7. This worked perfectly for rebound and trail feel.
There were some new noises, but I am thinking everything is still on there.

There was a broken sandrail in the easy line, but I like this line anyways.
At the chute, there was this funny looking 4 runner in the wash... That's not the trail is it?

Indeed I had never seen any rig try this line, but the driver insists it was a lost line they ran years ago in what is now his brother's truck (the black toyota) and no one really runs it now. We all met and became friends, and Abbott found something to drink.

Apparently it was toyota likin' good

Brothers will be brothers. We all enjoyed the warm 75 degree day in the sun.

We stopped for a drink and were treated to a course in Bodywork 101

Sonic stopped long enough to pose for the "money shot"

On the way out we took the center/right line to test out the A-trac (Yep still working)

It was another beautiful Tucson winter day!
I can't help but feel sorry for all those folks that had to shovel and scrape thier way out of the house this morning.

Thanks for reading.

I remember that road as the roughest I've ever been on.
