Re: Snow, Carnage and Madness on the Mojave Trail

Nice shots guys! I got some digital and some film pics. Films will take a little longer, but they will both show up soon!

Re: Snow, Carnage and Madness on the Mojave Trail

An absolutely awesome event. Desert sand, water crossings, long mud runs, hills, snow, and trail carnage. Oh, and camp fire chats, cold and wet weather tent sleeping, and a hot cup of coffee in the morning.

I'll do my best to get pictures and video up. Just posting this in-between homework. Brian (my co-pilot) took the really good mud videos, and we should have that up soon. FJamming running through the mud was a sight to watch, and the near collisions as the pack tightened up was entertaining too.

Just finished looking at it all. What an adventure!

Did you shoot with a medium format? And how did you get those shots where the rigs looked like ants? You were that far back?

It was great to have you and your awesome rig out on the trail with us. Your 4Runner is one of the best I have ever seen. BTW, let me know when you want the front sway bar

I shot with a large format, but I'm not sure that translates when I upload.....we lagged a little bit in the back near soda lake so I had to take some pics from the far side...was a pretty cool sight...and the other pics I just hiked to the closest hills for good pics...lol

Hellus, which large format camera did you use? I thought you were using a handheld.
