back from Moab, need a front bumper

Just back from Moab today. What a great time! Did Fins and Things on saturday, bent the front bumper. then Sunday did Poison Spider, great trail with some wild rigs. Monday did Hells Revenge, a TJ in our group busted a link on the front end. Limped back to town for some welding.

What can I say... learned a lot, did a lot. AllPrro's FJ was heading out on a trailer when I was hitting the trails. The new tent trailer towed great, got an issue with the water heater in it to figure out now, hmmm.

Re: back from Moab, need a front bumper

I'm going to be working then, so no thrill on that hill for me! Been wanting a Demello bumper, so here's my excuse eh? Also scuffed up the rear bumper and bent the chain loops on the hitch. The exhaust pipe took a bit of rash, nothing major.

There was a blue FJ on Poison Spider, it had a tatoo from Moab rim, great folks, but jeeze did they put the hammer down. I was told that on Saturday the helicopter from Grand Junction came in to get someone that rolled off the rim. Messed up it seems.

Oh come on there is plenty of life left in that tupperware. You can't replace it until it falls off.

Re: back from Moab, need a front bumper

Ya, I'll look into the sale, thanks. Hope to see you at the Summit too. The big talk here is that many trails up there may not be open when we're there. Sooo much snow this year! The San Juan river is running full now. Spill ways on the dam (he said damn!) are fully open. Still expecting the lake to come up 50-70 feet, over the top of the dam (he did it again). I really want to do Black Bear again, but I can do that later. I just hope that folks don't drive all the way out here to only get half way and turn around.

Ya it is disposable. Like my Glock, combat tupperware, hmmm. Nothing major, and I hear that chicks dig damage. But what a huge bang it made on contact!

I can't replace my back tupperware until I do some serious damage to it. ROFL! Just read that.

SAVE THE CACTUS!
