msn.com maps are waaaaay better, type in your address then go to birds eye view you and mess with the directional you might be able to wave at yourself. ive found 50% of my trails like that. but they have resticted areas and after 911.

No way is that better Google Earth, it is not even in the same league. And I still like it Google Maps better. IMHO

I checked out dirtopia, and I can see there is some information available for some trails, but at best I see a marker labeling a trail, and you need to do a hefty amount of navigation to get there. The nice thing about a google-maps approach would be that you can just zoom into the area you are interested in and see what trails are there.

As for maps.google.com vs. maps.live.com they are both capable. I prefer google though. I'll check out google earth. I havent looked at that since it first released.
