any non-lifted FJs with you? i cant tell...
No. The minimum requirements as defined by TLCA for the run were 33" tires, lower gears or one locker. The full list of vehicle requirements is on the Rubithon website.

As Sol posted, 33" tires are minimum. Most FJCs had a 3" lift. The two other mods that get used tremendously are the rock sliders and skid plate.
The Toyota Trail Teams guys were excellent. They got us all through with no mechanical break downs. A lot of the people at Rubicon Springs (main camping area for Rubithon) were surprised how fast the FJCs made it through the Big Sluice, one of the most difficult sections of the trail. Kudos to Robbie, Brian (Woody), Colin, Connor, and Garrett.
Thanks to Sol for bringing Jason (Demello). It was great to meet both Sol and Jason, and to have them help spot us through Big Sluice.
Also, thanks to All Pro for donating the bumper for the raffle. I was lucky enough to win the bumper in the raffle.

I'm trying to put together a group of FJC for the Marlin run in September. If anyone is interested please PM me. If any other vendors are reading this and would like to help I have no problem sharing the responsibility of getting these guys through.

I will keep an eye on this, but could I take the truck?

Like the others said, it was a very positive experience, everyone was great, all had great attitudes and we couldn't have asked for better performance out of our FJC's.
Time for more pics? For all of my pics, go to my photobucket site, we took over 400 in total. They are in the "Rubithon 2008" album with sub albums of Day 2, Day 3, Day 4. And, to restate things, at least for me, I was so busy focusing on the trail that there just wasn't enough time to jump out much to take pictures. The trail is a constant of obstacles and you really can't lose focus for very long without risking damage of some sort. And, we were trying to keep a good pace so that we were not blocking the trail just for photo time.
But, with all that said, here are some of my favorites from Day 2...
