Exit 104 or 107 off of I-81, not too far from where I-81 and I-76 (or whatever the one that goes to Allentown is called) break off from one another.

I wheeled there on Saturday with a bunch of guys with trailered Jeeps with huge lifts and 35-37" tires. I was lucky to get out alive following those guys across several black trails.
