Re: Eglin Reservation Jan. 19-20

We are back in, but will be FJ'less.

Matt is meeting us in Nashville on Friday afternoon & we will all leave then for FLA. We should arrive around 11pm in Fort Walton.

We look forward to meeting everyone.

I'm out.

I did get my passes so maybe the next run. Remember if you did not put it there, don't pick it up.

Be safe and have fun.
Very sorry to hear this. Next time for sure. See you then.

That would be the one.

We are all going to co-pilot for Scott.

Re: Eglin Reservation Jan. 19-20

Looks like the MV-50 I ordered won't be here until Saturday afternoon, so I'll need to borrow someone's air compressor for a few minutes Saturday night to air back up if possible.

AB, is there anything you would like us to bring for the shindig on the beach?

I'll have mine, and I'm sure there will be a few others around.

Right now what I envision for Saturday evening is a GOOD camp fire with everyone gathered around telling lies, cooking hotdogs or whatever will work for them, and poking fun at each other. I will be doing a Shrimp Boil with the local Bay shrimp. This is for the Entire Group (those who like shrimp) in honor of missmy60. This will be done on propane for simplicities sake.

Sooo. To answer your question. Everyone should bring an easy campfire meal to supplement the shrimp and plenty to drink. A fold up chair will be good also since this will be on a beach and sand being what it is...

It goes without saying that the lunch earlier in the day will be on the trail so plan accordingly for that as well. (As will the lunch on Sunday.)

Re: Eglin Reservation Jan. 19-20

Let me know if you need me to bring anything down from my restaurant for Saturday night. Shrimp boil, other seasonings that we use at the restaurant.
Also, I'll bring some gumbo. I like everything in my gumbo (shrimp, oysters, okra, crawfish, chicken and sausage. So i will need to know how many people will be eating.

Hey, Mike, you gonna be at the Pre Run Meet and Greet at McGuires? If so then that would be the best opportunity to get you your new wheels. That assumes you have a place to stow them during the runs of course. I'll have them with me either way so you can at least have a peek at your investment.
