Eglin AFB this SAT 12-01 RIDE!!!

I'm heading to Eglin this Sat 12-01-2007 if anyone is interested in joining... Since I just bought the fj and have no lift for it yet I will be bringing Big Nasty so be sure to post up if you can make it...

I need to get a pass first thing early Sat morning then we could meet at the Tom Thumb off of 87 south coming from I10. Thats where a bunch of us met last time. I sent you a pm with my cell..

The Jackson Guard office is open 0730-1230 on Sat. The new fee for a standard Rec pass is $10 this year. Of course, you get that AMAZING map for "free".

Update: I went and purchase my pass and while there bought 9 other passes for others friends so tomorrow we can ride... Were meeting at the tom thumb off of I10 and 87 south about 2 miles down on the right at 9:00 a.m. leave out at 9:30....

Well, we are back safe and sound. The ride was hosted by Emerald Coast
Jeepers and fun was had by all, except Billy's dad who broke an axle shaft
and limped home early (no spare).

Great to meet yammy1 (new member here) who started this whole thing
off. I'll be posting some pics when I have them... but until then

Let's all give YAMMY1 crap for not bringing his prescious new FJ and
leaving me out to hang as the ONLY non-Jeep in the pack!!!

BTW, Yammy1, nice build on that Jeep. I especially like how you put my
name one the hood. Really, you didn't have to. I'm just a mere mortal

It's yammy1 not sammy.... lol I'm on vacation in pigeon forge right now and just saw a yellow fj with a rough country 6' lift with 35's.. wow what a ride.... Ok now who ready for another eglin run???
