2008-01-06: Truckhaven Run

Well it's time for some Truckhaven fun. Frogeye and I want to go spend a day exploring Truckhaven. I'll take lead and Froggo will take Tail Gunner. If anyone would like to fall in between us we would more than welcome you.

Truckhaven is a series of hill climbs and near vertical decents. Can be run in a stock rig but wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a green driver. Rock rails a front skid would be a good idea. The factory skid will more than likely take a dinging on these trails. I am on a trek to find the Phone Booth. Been out there several times and still haven't found it. Maybe I'll even load up some GeoCache spots and we can go search for those.

This is weird....I just saw my first Truck Haven clip on YouTube. I was wondering why nobody has mentioned it here and all of a sudden!!

I wish I could go......that place looks awesome. Have fun!

This is gonna be a fun run. At first I thought that my planned Mammoth trip might not let me go on this run but all is good. Bumping the thread for more interest.
