Re: Northeast meet easter 2008

Nice photos guys. Can't tell ya how disappointed I am that I couldn't make. Started feeling crappy on the way down Thursday night so turned around....hoping to feel better n leave Friday. No such luck. I'm still battling this bug but what can you do!

Looks like a missed a complete blast, and didn't expect anything less. I made it through the entire winter without getting sick....now this crap!

Does anyone have pic's of my crazy wife getting airborne. She tells me it had to be atleast 5 feet of air. I know I could of got atleast 10 feet than.

I never let her win. But damn sometimes it hurts.

The shackles are from big military rigs. I found them at the dump and knew right away what I would use them for.
The front was at least 5 feet. Probably a bit more. The back wasn't that much, but it was still 4 wheels.

.....

There were a number of us on Friday who did the run completely stock. Only incident was one FJ getting bogged down in mud and needed to be towed a bit. Overall, as a first timer on the trails with a stock truck, I'm really impressed with what it can do. Thanks goes not only to the organizers but also to the Toyota Trail Team - they are great teachers - without them, this first time for me might never have have happened.
