There were a number of us on Friday who did the run completely stock. Only incident was one FJ getting bogged down in mud and needed to be towed a bit. Overall, as a first timer on the trails with a stock truck, I'm really impressed with what it can do. Thanks goes not only to the organizers but also to the Toyota Trail Team - they are great teachers - without them, this first time for me might never have have happened.
yea boyee, that was me stuck in mud, come on guys remember, that was a demo on how to get towed properly, i did that for your behalf, lol, i wish, i would like to blame that on the stock dunlops and me not having momentum, man what a blast it was and all you guys in the northeast are the best, made some great friends and hope to see some of you guys again soon

Re: Northeast meet easter 2008

I was running completely stock as well, including the running boards, but our FJ came with the Bridgestone Duellers & a skid plate. Buffy has suggested rock rails for my birthday! Yahoo; I think she's hooked!

We had an awesome day doing some blues and greens and a little hill climbing and mudslinging. It wasn't the same without Capt.Rick, who had enough excitement for all of us. RTrac, Ordoman, FJGrover, Singha, AmityFJ, johnnynewyork and jimmy, were just a few of the others we wheeled with.

Re: Northeast meet easter 2008

I tried to look for picts on there site with no luck at all. oh well, got to keep washing the truck. got one side of the inside done today after work. I hate the PA. mud so many colors, it stained the plastic on the inside mind you. Oh well its a reminder every time I try to clean it. Slither,, it looks like I miss a great day.

Re: Northeast meet easter 2008

Hey there everyone, had an awsome time this weekend and am looking foward to more events. Thanks to the Quebec guys who let me run with them on sunday afternoon, that made the whole trip worth it. Thanks for everyone who put this together, good times were had by all.

Damage report: Everything looks good on my rig, but (theres always a but) i have fluids leaking out of my drivers side CV coming out of the front diff. Looks like a blew a seal or something. I'll post up some pics of it to see what you guys recomend i do.

Thanks agian, great time.
