Re: Northeast meet easter 2008

not many 4x4 trails left in the adirondacks. theyve locked it down good

I've been to MaBell. Its doable but very difficult for 33s and a 3" lift. I had to take alot of go arounds (which are also difficult) since I wasnt tall enough for some of the ledges...

I do most of the trip planning for Toyota Crawlers, so if you guys really want to set up something in Mass, give me a date and a general level of trail you want and I can set something up.

check out Leded for pics of trails I've been to in the FJ

I guess it's not recommended for anyone without a FULL set of skids.
Nice go at it though!

Re: Northeast meet easter 2008

Rob has NO FEAR, I couldn't believe what I was watching while I recorded this, he almost made it too, so close. The sound at 3:07 when he backs of the ledge still bothers me, so much steel on rock.

Hey Capt. Rick,Pete and the gang, Rich, Zazou, Tom, john, jimmy and many many others. I will never forget ya. I had a blast and I must say I consider all of you freinds and I am up for whatever whenever Let me say wheeling that is hee hee. Sorry its been alittle while since I contacted anyone, I have been a little sick since I got back, got a bad cold. Anyway feeling much better now. Wheeling with you all was great and I personally would like to thank all of you for being there with me at times pushing me along (you can do that) sometimes fear kicks in wouldnt know it once i get going. Maine Mass N.H all sound good to go wheeling. I must say Maine can be a little muddy, lots of water. ya im saying enough mud too, had to replace an idler pulley. But maine is beautiful plus I have hookups there for seafood, I lived right on the coast. im sure we can find a place to wheel where there isn't a lot of mud Any how lets get some ideas flowing and make it another Trip.

Take Care Happy wheeling WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO
Airborne
Hey Airborne, what's up my friend? I'm glad that you are ok, I had a blass with you girl, you rockkkkk, can't wait to wheel with you again, take care. Wooooohooooo

Nice try Rob. From the looks of that video, I think you could have made that ledge. Not sure what comes after it though.

Mine are bent just a tad after last weekend. Not sure where I did it, though. The Icons are now on my ever growing list.
