Re: Coal Mine Cruiser Classic - July 10-12 - Rausch Creek, PA
Hey Rich, I tried to get into the GCLC website/all events and couldn't. I need to find out about Cairo, NY Memorial day weekend. Got my "Got Rocks', GCLC shirt today but no membership info. I don't know if you can talk to the membership director and tell him to e-mail me some info on the run. I think Kris and I are only going to be able to come up on Sunday. We're going to see Billy Joel on Friday night at the casino, so I think Saturday is going to be a Recoupe day. As for the CMCC I think it's going to be all four of us(us+kids). I just reserved a room at the Econolodge in Pine Grove. Going cheap this time. I'd camp but Kris isn't to good at that sort of thing. I've got to get paid up for that as well. If we're already members at Rausch do we need to pay the fees? I know there is the daily driver fee, plus passengers. I already have my membership card as does Kris. Anyway PM me or leave a post here. Talk to you soon.

Great Pete.
You're good for a year from the date of registration at RC. If you registered at the NE run, and I think you did, you're good to go, just driver fees.
CMCC is based at Echo Valley, so the BBQ and raffle is there. Last year, the woman who runs the place was a bit of a stickler for people paying visitor fees to come in. I know the club is trying to work that out with her for this year, but don't know where it all stands.
Re: Coal Mine Cruiser Classic - July 10-12 - Rausch Creek, PA
I was wondering if there is still room to get on board for this event? If there is I would also need information as to what clubs I would need to join as I have never done any organized wheeling?

You don't have to join the TLCA(however it is recommended) to attend. If you go to the website, which is in the link under Ordomans sig, you can find all the information on the event. It is a TLCA sanctioned event. You must be a TLCA member to join the Gotham City Land Cruisers. I actually just joined them myself. There are a lot of good people in the club. So go to the website and download all the info and waivers. See you at Rausch!

Plenty of room at this point. In fact, I don't think they close it. Rausch Creek is a big place. Plenty trails at all levels, including novice. You should be prepared though, make sure you check out the equipment checkist at the link below.

Close Pete, but you do have to be a TLCA member because it is a TLCA sanctioned event. You don't have to be a TLCA member to join GCLC.

Lots of good people, old and new.
I stand corrected, Thanks Rich! I was a TLCA member anyway so I didn't have to worry about it. Now I should probably get around to registering ha! Are you going to Daves this weekend?
