You have to join TLCA and fill out this application http://www.gclcny.com/events/CMCC/CM...CC08AppWeb.pdf and the waiver form http://www.gclcny.com/events/CMCC/waiver.pdf

Re: Coal Mine Cruiser Classic - July 10-12 - Rausch Creek, PA

Ok so I'm sitting here late at night trying to make sure I've got everything straight. At this point I am 100% in as I can make this run proceeding another trip further south.
Ok so I have the CmCC form and the CmCC waiver in hand. Does the CmCC waiver cover the Rausch Creek waiver or do I need that to? If I assume I need it should I mail it with my check and CmCC waiver? or bring it with me?

Next just a few house cleaning things. Are there dinners being offered on Thursday and Friday nights? or only Saturday? And lastly is the cheapest of the cheap camping included in my fee?

Thanks for all the help guys. I think I'll go to bed now.

You need the RC waiver as well if you're not a member of RC yet. That goes to the RC people. Membership is one year from the day you pay the fee.

It's probably easier to mail it in. I'm not sure that it matters

Only one dinner is included.

The cheapest of the cheap camping is free at RC, but it's primitive and the event activities (BBQ, raffle) take place at Echo Valley.

Re: Coal Mine Cruiser Classic - July 10-12 - Rausch Creek, PA

Hey everyone.
I am new here and wanted to say hi. My girlfriend and I are in. We will be driving up on wed night and staying at a motel. Then I guess we will be pitching a tent at the Echo Valey camground the next day. I just joined TLCA have my cmcc aplication and waiver. We are not members of RC yet but belive I can join that day. Does it sound like I did everything that is needed for this event. Would hate to get up there and be missing somthing.
Thanks everyone
Richie
