I'm holding off on the schedule until I get a better idea of # of entries/participants.

In other words- we are going to get in as much riding as possible. I'll try and get a preliminary schedule up.

EDIT- Schedule :

Schedule
8am - registration/ check in
9am - intro / classroom
9:30am- First trail ride begins
11:00am - trail ride #2
12:30pm - trail ride #3
2:00pm - trail ride #4
4:00pm - wrap up

Now its 35 a vehicle correct? I planed on having my girlfriend come along as a passenger. No way im letting her drive! Buy yer own!

I'm working on waiving the spectator fee ($8). If I am unable to - you'll have to kick the extra $8. I have to make sure we make money on the event or I get smacked...

Classroom will just be general info & introduction. We have a presentation we put on for some of the clubs.

This date will also act as a "feeler". We'll get feedback from the participants and get contact info from people that want to be in our database (for other non-dirt events) and also give people the oppurtunity to opt into our BeaveRun Off-Road Club. (details pending)

I've got a lot in store for this event and plenty of surprises and guest speakers for future events. But for now...

Everything is pretty much set except for the times of the rides. Which I'm waiting as long as possible until I get more RSVP's. I cannot specify actual groups until the day of the event at registration. The other detail that I'm ironing out has to do with an additional strip of land I may be using for the event as an extra.

Our website will reflect the event and season schedule, but other than that- details are pretty much final.

If anyone needs or wants any specific info posted that is not- let me know.
