Nah, it was ok, im not *****ing. I just know that a ton of mud isnt good for the rig, thats all. I do plan on comming again. Whats the schedule?
lol

What's a little mud on an FJ Cruiser? [EDIT- SORRY! forgot you have an X!] Not for nothin' - it's your "rig". You can do what you like with it. But, saying it's "not good for it" is just a little subjective.. it washes off with soap, water and about $10 in quarters. For future events we may offer a pressure washer at the track for such emergencies. Most guys went down the street a few miles and hit up the wash before it dries. But, I can certainly respect your viewpoint and what you want your rig to see.

I can assure you, it's NOT always that muddy. But, with that many hopped up Jeeps rolling through, it's bound to get a bit sloppy this time of year. This event was an exception to that with the rain the day before.

As I mentioned, I'll post up the schedule on our .com whenever it's ready for the public. They will be once a month from here on out. I'll also post threads up on here for each event so I can get RSVP info.

I really like the PW idea. To at least clean the windows and pulleys.

Good deal. I'll work on having this ready asap.

I just don't want people thinking this is a big mudhole. Pictures will be available soon.

for now, here's a link to the other clubs pics (warning, Jeeps ):

I got ya!

I'll let Kevin know that as he was out all day in his stock X. I'm sure he doesn't know about that potential problem area. I guess he'll have to get a set of skid plates to protect that area.

I have full skids, im just paranoid. Anyways, after going thru a ton of crap or water with the X, you jus tput it in neutral and rev the engine at like 1500 to 2000 rpms for like 20 seconds to get any water and crap out. Any trips i have gone on though.............my X has been able to go places the FJ hasnt unless they used their locker! I am jealous of your locker and tires though. I think that your tires will be my next set.

was there any mud? not sure why the comparisons going on here. No need to. But, why would us FJ's NOT use the locker? The X came with a locker on the Off-Road version AND a front LSD.

I posted this on the Pittsburgh thread as well, but for anyone who didn't see, here (link) are the pictures I took. I had a blast and can't wait to get back out there. The level 3 guys saw way more mud than anyone else. FYI, this Jeep is white...

^^ that's down near the BeaveR Pond & Dam. Level 3/4 to get down there esp. now with the water line so high. They actually drive around the pond.. Great stuff!

Hey Guys,
I finally got around to uploading my pics (at least the ones that fit). This is my first attempt with this so I hope it works. Not sure how you insert a link to my photos, but here it goes......
