Nice pics. One of these days I'm gonna have to get out there with all of you. Sunday runs are really hard for me.

Re: Cleghorn March 2nd, sunrise run

After this last run, I'm almost tempted to say I'm done with Cleghorn. But I'm sure that phase is only going to last until next week.

Re: Cleghorn March 2nd, sunrise run

I had a blast guys. Things took a turn away from "ideal" towards the end but it was great fun and a great experience nonetheless. I learned alot from this trip too. I'm glad the Zuki was there as well as Mr. TRD (I am so bad with names). Thanks for settin this up. There were so many close calls and "pucker" moments. The FJ's never fail to amaze me both in 2wd and 4wd. I wear my pinstripes from this run proudly. Let's do it again!

thanks. i was shooting with a 12-24mm wide angle, so some of the perspectives are a little off.

I was sorta leading the pack. I say sorta because we ended up on some pretty nasty rutted out stuff. With the help of 5 spotters, I made it down OK, but that took nearly 30 minutes for an intense 300 ft. It was just too difficult to clear some of the stuff without a lift, so the rest of the group turned back to find the main road.
