Hey, did you gals forget something.

SoCal Cruisers Brews, grills n grindz

Me, I'm all for camping, but I don't want to bail out on another event.

Then again, nobody sent me an engraved invitation again.

Seriousyly, we could probally combine the events. Just pointed this out, since all the names are the same on both list. My vote, camping.
I'M SO SORRY........I did forget about this event and my vote is to incorporate the 2.........at least thats what i'm doing . i just updated the first post and will continue to do so as folks present ideas, etc.

i'd still like to camp friday night and maybe do a night run somewhere in AB....come back for grills-n-grindz on saturday.......then go back to AB saturday night to do more camping........and maybe some wheeling on sunday. long weekend but as i mentioned.......hubby and kid are out of town for that week so mama can play and i plan on taking advantage of my temporary freedom.
dont forget folks.......sunday is easter.
hope this doesnt screw up anyones plans........the BBQ on saturday is a must do as it was my first commitment which i forgot about...duh.....thanks again for the reminder.

Re: 3/21/08...So Cal Camp-O-Rama

What is the name of the campground and what is the names and level of difficulties on the trails you intend to do. I only ask because I am so close to convincing myself to attend the camping trip but I will have my 2 1/2 year old daughter with me and don't want to expose her to any but puckering situations while wheelin this early in her life. I figure I should wait until she is at least 3

i wish i had all the details but dont right now. i'm not very good with the details but i'm really good at the pre-organizing and recruitment. i'll get some info and post it up within the next few days (regarding camping)

as for the wheeling........i honestly think your daughter will be fine on whatever trail we choose. i think its going to be a free-for-all.....plan as we go sort of weekend......we just all need to know the camp ground (and ill make calls to see if i can reserve a group camp ground if its not already booked up).........possibly someone else can answer your questions and calm your fears......i can understand for sure. but i do think she'll be perfectly fine. my rig is stock (except for bigger tires) so i never do things too crazy. if some folks opt for a harder trail we can stick with some easier trails or bypasses. i'm bringing my dog George so she can play wiht him all weekend.

Well then with that being said, We're in, unless for unknown reasons (My kid _____________this space reserved for an event that has not yet happened ) then we won't be. This will be my first group camping so let me know if there is anything I should bring besides stuff for us. (community beer, whiskey, firewood, sacraficial stuffed animals for the fire, etc...)
