putting in an extra box for trail run thread starters

I have been thinking, and it would be nice if the person starting the thread could have an extra box for those who will be attending the ride or sponsors or updates etc. i know you can do this by using your sig for this but having an extra box , so the trail post leader can easily keep an updated list without having to read through every thread, since we do tend to start chatting on them.. my 2 cents on this..

no one else agree with posters of trail runs having an extra box in their replies etc having sponsors, contacts, directions to run...

Where would the extra "box" go? What would you put in this box? I am LOST!

it would be transparent to us viewers. but the originator or first post of a run when creating it would be given the check box to be able to type in the extra signature type add to put in location, sponsors, directions, updates etc,, instead of us viewers having to scope through million threads to see updates, sponsors, etc
