no membership needed. since this event is free, no registration is needed either. The first post in this thread has all the info you need. Most people arrive at the campground during the afternoon/evening on Thursday, and leave Sunday morning.
There are a few staying in hotels near the park, but the majority are camping at echo valley which is where the raffle will happen on Saturday night
