I'm guessing that if we plan on doing a run we should either meet early Sat morning and go then, or perhaps Sunday after we check out? What do y'all think?

I think the Sunday run makes more sense. There will be people who'll want to do it and those who won't -- but better to wake up, break camp and then do the run IMO. Don't ask me to justify my position - gut reaction only.
