Re: First Annual Dirty Toy School!

Hey Chris. I'll be there and I don't think the cost is out of line at all; but that's just me. Personally, I would think that emphasizing the recovery and trail repair aspects of what will be taught at the school would appeal to the more experienced off-roaders, since they already think they know all there is about driving anyway. I know Jeff would be there too if he didn't have a previous work commitment. I'm sure I'll have some additional thoughts on the matter after we're finished. I'll be heading to Moab afterwords to put what I learn to good use.

Re: First Annual Dirty Toy School!

Jim,

Thanks for your support. It will be good to see you again.

Jeff and I sent a few emails back and forth. It sounds like he is really busy.

Are you going to make it to the Summit again this year?

Moab should be fun for you. I was just down there for Cruise Moab. Ron and Robbie led an all FJ run through Cliffhanger, and I did a photo shoot for the next FJ brochure/magazine. It was a good time. The new supercharged Tacoma is sweet. I spotted Garrett up Tip Over Challenge, and it got with it!

Have a safe drive out here. We'll see you next week.

Happy trails,

Chris

Re: First Annual Dirty Toy School!

I highly recommend this for any FJ Cruiser owner who hasn't actually used their recovery gear yet. It's one thing to have a winch/strap/etc. It's entirely another to get your hands dirty using it.
