We got a great canvas army green bag (top quality) with a few mags, a folding shovel and the badge.
This was my first Toyota Trail Team run and I was quite surprised that you got, free lunch and/or dinner, the free bag of goodies and some really great instructions and help.
Top quality run IMO. The team did a great job. We have a 7 month old who wouldnt stop crying unless we were 4-wheelin Its in her blood.
She's very cute....
I heard her cry when we stop for view..

Jim, I thought you were on the 8am moderate run with us on Sat.
I was supposed to be but I arrived exactly at 8 (my fault) and was told that that group had already departed. I asked about getting in on another morning "moderate" run and somehow it was Gold Mountain. When I asked if it was supposed to be a "easy" run they had apparently rearranged the run categories. (Or maybe said it to make me feel better? )
At that point it was better to go with the flow and the good part was that my spotter (Joe) in the last vehicle behind me was on the FJ suspension design team. He and the other spotters really liked my 4Runner. Based on my experience in the loose rocky areas, Joe and I figured a locker would have made a nice difference. It also gave me a chance to gripe that Toyota did not offer the E-locker on 4Runners.
Did you actually go to Jacoby Gulch? I've been on Gold Mountain before but never Jacoby. How was it?

strange, we didn't leave until a quarter after 8am. it was a pretty sizeable convy though. i believe they switched Gold Mountain to be the moderate run across the board, so we ended up doing that one rather than Jacoby Gulch.
