Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways at the last possible moment .... It would be cool to have the 40 along for the run. I hope everything comes together alright.

Picked up my new pass today. Good for a year now, woot. Bummer was something happened on the interstate this morning and at Holt exit we all had to exit and take 90 all the way to Crestview... bumper to bumper. Then at Jackson Guard, the guy in front of me got 42 passes. NO SH*T!!! Stopped at Hooters Crestview on the way home, all better.

It looks like some of the guys from Mobile Jeep Club may join in for this ride also. Some are going to Morris Mountain that weekend and the ones not going want to ride that weekend. A few were on the last ride.
Also is anyone interested in doing some riding friday evening or friday night? We will be at the KOA starting friday afternoon and want something to do.

Re: FJ-toberfest! Oct. 11-12 at Eglin Res. (Northwest Florida)
Apex and my family went out there today and did some clean up/brush whacking to open the trails up a bit mainly the trail out to the point/campsite.
And as another reminder everyone on Eglin Property over the age of 16 MUST have a Recreation Area Pass. Apex has volunteered to pick these up for any one who is coming in out of the area which was touched on in a previous post. Unless you pass is light green (and that doesn't mean from it getting wet and mildewing) in color it will not be valid after the 30th of September. There will be a very short window of opportunity to get a pass if you are in the area on Friday or early Saturday morning directly at the Jackson Guard in Niceville.
Not trying to come across as a touch hole on the pass issue but if one person on the ride who is required to have pass and doesn't then the entire group will suffer for it. And there are not very many places around here to ride. So ya'll come on out and have a blast I know I did on the trail work. beside all work and no play really gets to my Goat.
