What can I say Dusther, that's what happens when you're riding behind someone, you end up with lots of pictures of their rear! Yeah, it's a bummer that we couldn't hand around and ride today too. Just too much going on this coming week, had to get home and get some things accomplished. Next time though!

Does anybody else find this statement disturbing???

I'm so stoked about how well this ride went down. It was a real hoot getting 29 rigs through the West Eglin Loop in decent condition.

Dusther's friday night Meet & Greet was a HUGE success. Thankyou for everything, Forrest. The pig was a REAL treat. It was a very cold night but the company, and camp fire, made it seem warm enough to last all night.

Saturday morning was a shocker for us. We knew there would be a large tun out, but 29 rigs and their passengers was just awesome! We broke into two groups with Dusther at the head of one, and myself on the other. Somehow we managed to get both groups out to the point together and in one piece (minus a few rigs that broke off to get the kids home and such). I believe we have a 24 truck line up. That's just crazy!

Camp was set and the fire started as we hunkered down for another chilly night... that never came. It was nowhere near as cold as Friday, so we were able to really enjoy another fine evening around the campfire. Again, great company, x2!

Sunday morning greeted the campers with rain as we broke camp to head back to the meet-up spot for the day's run. We fit in a little site seeing, and some new trails that had not been seen on Saturday along with some old favorites revisited. Overall a good challenging day with only 10 rigs to juggle.

Ass far as I know the 2nd Annual Southeast MONSTER Meet was completed with now injury and no trail damage (asided from some brush pinstriping..."Welcome to Florida")

Again, I'd like to thank all those who attended for allowing me the privilege of being your trail boss. Especially those who drove in from mucho far away. A big thanks to Dusther, Birdman, CoastieBilly, and Duc Hunter for all your help, AND for keeping me motivated. I truly believe that we have a good thing going on here in NW Florida and I look forward to joining you folks for future runs!

Yes that was kinda a shocker with all that showed up but about half expected with all the publicity we had out for this ride.

Matt thanks for the good times. We do hate to see you moving out of the AO and wish you the best of luck on your deployment.

You put on one heck of a good ride and boil up a mean pot of sckrimp they were real good.

You know you have made this hard on me to keep it rolling were you are leaving it off is going to be kinda rough putting together a ride as successful as the one we had this weekend. But I'll do what I can.

That was a tricky little spot there! I darn near laid us over on our side. I didn't realize how close it was until I a saw the driver's side mirror touch the side of the bank, glanced over at Ed's panic-filled face, watched him lean forward and felt the whole FJ lean forward with him! But we made it in the end.

WOW great pics. It was great seeing old and new faces. Looks like I missed out on Sunday. I was on a 48hr run with no sleep, finally woke up late Sunday am to rain, pulled the covers over my head and fell out again. Sorry I didnt get to say "SEE YA" to the travelers, Duc + Cutie, Jasim, Billy, Howard. Another time for sure. Ed+ Misty, glad ya'll made it home A few balls less but in one piece. Think I'll go take a nap.
