"Me thinks the world is crazy save thee and me, and at times I wonder about thee." Samuel Johnson, 18th century English writer
"There is a knowledge curve in EMS. You start out at knowing nothing, go to knowing something, progress to knowing a lot, maybe come close to thinking you know everything, and then slowly start to slide down as you realize more and more you know less and less of what you thought you knew. And that is probably the place you want to end up. -Street Watch
Thanks for the reply DUSTHER. Look forward to wheeling with you guys! I'll will be out of town for the next two rides but hopefully something will come up soon after? Hey, Can somebody give me the scoop on when and where on the passes? Do I need to drive my rig there or can I take the wifes' company car (free gas)!
you can drive anything that you feel like over to pick up your passes. the info for the passes is in the first post of this thread.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways at the last possible moment .... "Old Forester" in one hand, red meat in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming: "WOO HOO!! What a Ride."
Very glad to see a clean-up planned. If it gets firmed up and i am still nearby I will come back and help. Right now I am in Ebro FL, a couple of hours east of y'all.
Another note on something Bird and I talked about.... it appears there MAY be some wheeling oportunities in Blackwater State Forest. I rode my MTB on some roads that had potential but as the hunters were out in force I did not spend much time in the woods. It is the biggest state forest in Florida and seems to be laced with old roads, but how many might present a challenge is unknown. It would certainly be worth a check.

man I bet she is so ready to pop out that little wheeler. lol... but man Eglin is really getting popular.. so far the month of Feb is completely booked up now.. ECJ and the Dixieland Cruisers are going to be out there this weekend the 7th and then again on the 21st. If my rig is back together by then I might be able to go out and show ya'll around for a small fee
btw I did check out ya'll thread on from the link you posted.. just to lazy to sign up on ANOTHER forum.. I think I'm following about 5 of them right now.. but did notice some talking about meeting up early to get passes.. once they get them they can run 213 across the res on a pre runner pre run
They balked at pinstripes right now-So we are setting up a meet and eat kinda thing and we'll do the wheeling some point down the road. I need to get out again tho!! It's gunna be a while until I get my lift money together...I'm not gunna be able to wait to go again....LOL.
Thanks for the offer of help and we'll see you around!!
well just let us know when the eating/ meet and greet is and I'm sure some of us might come over and show them so real rigs
