11/28-11/29 Red Rock State Park-with friends

Red Rock State Park w/ buddies!



So its been a few weeks since my 1st initial offroad run...this wa my 2nd time, this time going with friends who do this moreso than me. All i have to say again, is "what a blast" specially with great friends. One of my best friends who drives a Disco put the trip together. In total Disco, LR, Range, Toypicup, and 2 FJ's! hahha...Anyways, to make a long story short, enjoy the pics I was able to take- too much fun driving...I'll try and explain in detail the photos, if not-sure one of my buddies that brought me here can explain-

we then took some trails that took us about 45 mins or more, until we found our camping spot-








After setting up camp, they decided to do a night run...Currently stock suspension, so it wasnt smart to go, so i was the cameraman, and definately the photos kinda tell the stories...

-Ranger telling us a few days ago, that there was a fatality somewhere along the beginning of this trail (dirtbike/truck accident) also watching us all make it down ok-

-Next morning, I was awaken by the sunrise, and decided to do a solo mission/trail run...ran into some abandoned buildings and more..these are a few scenery photos i came up with.

Thanks! Yes, I was able to keep up..All but the night run, and the "top of the mtn" run (i'm still running stock suspension w/out any protection, yet-got ToyTec & Demello goodies coming!) My other friends FJ went everywhere the Rovers went (his FJ has Ikon 3"/Demello prepped)- My buddy who own's the Disco (muddy), got me into "this" fun! Rovers are awesome in their own right.

thank you! Interesting, we did see a few closed mines and more- Was this used for prospecting, looks 'historic', for sure.
