Middle St. Vrain & Coney Flats - Colorado

Hello,

Well tisilverFJ and I ran Middle St. Vrain and Coney Flats, a great day and we beat the rain, the lake was low enough so we could cross and finish up with Coney Flats.

I have about 50 pictures mostly of Don hope he has a few of me.

The trails ratings can be seen at www.traildamage.com, I think a stock FJ with a good spotter could make it all the way to the top, not sure if they could make it across the lake.

I would recommend sliders for sure if you don't have a lift.

The photo of the rear diff skid plate is Don, I cannot wait to get mine this week from Allphase offroad, they come in real handy on this run

A great way to spend the afternoon, with the two of us it took about 4 hours we drove pretty quick in some areas testing out new shocks and lift kits.

Jeff thanks for the e-mail. Your pictures came out great. Today was alot of fun can't what to do it again.

Anyone thinking about a front bumper should order Jeff's Fab Four. It looks incredible on the FJ. Can't what to order one for mine.

Ok now some pictures.

Re: Middle St. Vrain & Coney Flats - Colorado

Guys, looks like you had fun. We need to connect in the next few weeks as then all of my modifications will be installed.

All Colorado FJ's

As of this Saturday my daughter wants me to claim first FJ over Mosquito pass (still closed due to snow according to the Forest Service), and Tin Cup Pass. unless proven otherwise.

We also achieved the 7 mile wash out on Douglas County 3 that was washed away two months ago and again 2 weeks ago near highway 67 at Deckers. Fun drive through the river. As of tonight they got an addtional 1.5 inches of rain in 30 minutes so it will be a totally different run for next weekend.
Pictures to come as soon as kids teach me to downsize them so they will upload to forum. Only damage. Scratched rims, ]bumper hitch bent slightly and scratches under rear bumper.

Absolute blast......
