Exclamation Hurricane Season 2007 -- Are or FJs hurricane resistant ?

This upcoming hurricane season will be the first time when FJ may be involved in a storm. Im a SKYWARN-NOAA volunteer and would like if the FJ CRUISER is solid during high wind situation. The similar situations may be those guys from Colorado of the Rocky Mountains when they got those snow storm. I've read a lot of threads about broken windshields. Dunno if using my FJ or buying an used old Montero for that.
Let me know your experience.

Apply a translucent film to the windshield in case of
an impact of a flying missile, ie: a 2x4 ...it might not even take that much!
