This is what I have at home. It bolts to the floor and has a electronic combination that is operated by feel. The door springs open and the gun is there. It takes 3 seconds to open it. The key you see is backup in case the battery dies.
Mine is bolted under the bed. It could be bolted to the FJ floor as well
I just wish Tuffy would use the lock mechanism of the gun vault on their console. Quick and easy non-keyed access to a locked console would sell me in a minute.
