TRD FJ BBK availability

Hello, I was wondering if you had any idea of the availability on the TRD fj BBK. I know there is currently a recall out on the system but I plan on purchasing one soon for my truck.

Sorry folks! The TRD Big Brake Kit for the FJ Cruiser is still on "stop sale". There are no units in any depots, so I don't look for them to be available any time soon.

Figured. Do you know if they plan on having the kit return to market or should I look for a used kit? Anyway thanks for the heads up.

Sorry, sure don't know if they plan to or not. They (TRD) dont give us a heads up, keep checking back, they may revive it without notice!

KVR Performance can build you a big brake kit for your FJ.

I already have an equivalent set up. TRD pads, centric rotors, stoptech brake lines. However as good as this system is I do not wish to tax it too hard with these factory calipers and I am limited to pad choices. Since the TRD kit is produced by stoptech and the caliper is an st40 unit with lots of support I feel this is a far better option for my needs. Btw I have a 4Runner
