Hello fellow utard's... I've lived in utah my whole life but have never really been exposed to 4x4. Does anyone know of a place to find a list of local trails and fun spots? If not could we start a thread for just that??

Utards unite! I don't know of any list for real local stuff like Corner Canyon in Draper, Guardmans Pass, American Fork Canyon Alpine Loop, etc but these 2 books cover most of the big roads and trails throughout Utah. For Moab, there are tons of Moab specific books:
1)Utah Backcountry Adventures by peter Massey and Jeanne Wilson. I have the full Utah edition in one big book, but I think they only sell the book in 5 separate sections now like NE, S, SW, etc. There aren't a ton of close trails in this one but it covers the whole state.

2) Utah Byways by Tony Huegel. This one is more of a pocket guide for the glove box but I recommend both for sure!

Wish i noticed we had a subforum earlier... I would've been down to to the skyline/bountiful B run. That's 10 mins from my door!

Damn, you were right there! You'll like those books for all kinds of expedition type roads and trails like the Pony Express, Transcontinental RR trail, and all kinds of scenic byways, BLM roads, etc!
