FJ Model that came with the first 46,000 trucks produced
Got the truck in April of 2006, one of the first 3,000 sold in the US
This truck will go anywhere. Still under factory warranty and qualifies for extended warranty (must be purchased). I have records; changed oil every 3K miles and have always used 92 octane gas. Truck is in excellent condition. It has been taken off road and does have a few small scratches that can be buffed out. Also has a door ding on the passenger side door. 16.5K miles $28,500 Firm
Well, I hate to do this, but here goes… I’ve decided to put my FJ up for sale due to my current family situation. When I got the truck my house payment was ½ of what it is now, and I only had one son. As my wife and I get closer to the due date for our new son, and with the purchase of a new home, I have to scrape by from month to month to be able to afford my truck. As much as I love my FJ, my wife and I have decided to put it up for sale to try and ease the load on us financially. This will give us one less thing to worry about over the next few months while adjust to life with our new son and 2 ½ year old son. Now that you know my story, here’s the deal on my truck. I’m taking a bit of a loss to sell it for $28,500 so please don’t ask if I can go any lower. I’m not looking for a trade at this time and I’m trying not to part it out. If I do put it back to stock height and put the stock tires back on it, my club members will have the first shot at my tires and lift. Just because I’m selling my FJ doesn’t mean I’m out for good, just for now. Maybe I can find an old FJ40 to drive for now, I don’t think my wife would like the way the cars seats would mount in the back though. Anyways, send me an e-mail if you are interested or want more details on the truck. -Gabe
Didn't even get one call. I took it in and traded it in on a lexus rx300. Didn't get much for the FJ on trade (they had 11 new ones on the lot!), but I did get my payments cut in half, and that's what counts.
