SOLD!!!

So after almost 5 years of ownership, its time to move on and let someone else enjoy this beast. The decision comes as Ive found it increasingly difficult to do anything with it due to my overseas job, lack of time back home which combined with the distance to most parks here in TX, makes it even harder to get off the pavement.

Goods-

Ive got the title in hand

Everything works- tested the lockers, lights (except D2s) and all electrical including the stereo. Engine runs strong with no hesitation. Im not a mudder so its very clean underneath.

Both diffs and Lefty TC had fluid changed this last Spring before Jambo- Lucus synthetic.

Brake system was partially bled and refilled with new Toyota DOT 3

Oil change is recent.

You might need a second truck to bring home all the extras :)

The part that states "used"

The windshield has a small chip. Its actual OEM glass and not aftermarket

The washer bottle doesnt work. I think its related to the hose being eaten off by my tires while flexing in Moab.

Beadlock rings are scraped up- these can be either painted or replaced and then the wheels would look brand new.

No sway bars front or rear- rides like a trophy truck but is predictable with the Omega bypass shocks tuned to firmest setting

Rigid D2s stopped working in Moab. Think its the relay since power to all the sources works- will see if I can get a new one and test today

After buffing- small scratches and one small dent found on drivers fender (1")

In closing

Ive tried to be as honest as possible but would prefer you inspected this before purchasing to make sure your happy with the rig. Ive never been let down or disappointed since dialing it all in and have shamed many rigs with its current set up.

Extras

I assure you you could not duplicate an FJs performance or modifications for double the price. Period

Sold as is where is- Buyer excepts full liability and responsibility to make this legal in your state- legal here in Texas :frown

I will not part out nor sell additional parts separately- don't ask. If you want the parts - buy the rig and part it out yourself. Its a hell of a deal

Lastly- please keep comments positive

Thanks -OC:cheers:

That's a damn shame. I'm sure you will continue to moderate, which I look forward to, but you have been a fixture here as long as I have been here, which has not been that long.

Nope- I will always see him as a Newbie. Out of the true "O.G.'s" in the lower picture. Matt Main and Ivan are still Cruisen! Sang went for mobbing Lexus.

Ugh. This is like when Michael Jordan retired from basketball (the first time). Sad day for the FJ community.

Thanks everyone for the nice words. It a tough decision but Id rather see this rig off road being driven like it was built for than sitting in a garage collecting dust with a battery tender

#13 ·
Jesus dude! Sticker overload!! Good luck with your sale.

#16 ·
This is a bummer but the writing was on the wall once you were made a mod.

Seriously, sad to see this go and glad I got to wheel with it once and see how truly capable it is. Whoever buys the Yeti is getting a hell of a deal!

Well damn! That is a rig! Geez man I'd like to step up my budget and buy it just for the mere fact of how badass it is. But it would only be a shame as I'm on Long Island and something of that caliber deserves to be off road at every given chance. I won't really ever get the chance to off road it. Good luck with the sale.
