I've got a few questions:

Are there light tabs welded on the non-light hoop bumper, and if so, how many and where?

Is there an option for a winch?

Light tabs are included. 3 tabs on all bumpers unless customer asks for none or just 2. Location is where shown on the pics.

No winch, YET! but its coming! we have something in the works...(Spring 2013)

The weight of a fully assembled bumper with a light hoop is 64lbs. (3 HIDs, full 1/4 thick Alum. Skids, etc)...without lights and the light hoop is about 53 lbs...I'd have to say allow a 1 to 2lbs +/- margin for error...

Very nice, i like the hoop version. I noticed that the hoop version has filler plates in the outer wings, the no hoop doesn't. Does the wing filler plate come standard?

Yup comes standard helps hide the FJs roughness discretely, unless you choose the open version! Its cosmetic...but a nice touch...
