FWIW, I found a set of 4" fog lights that came off a FreightLiner on ebay for $15 shipped. They were pitted, but after 1500 grit sandpaper and some mag wheel polish, it cleared up a bit.

I just had to fabricate some brackets to fix the beam pattern. I just couldn't justify spending $300 on a pair of fog lights.
