yeah thats what i was gonna do with'em... my buddy knows a shop that powder coats... i highly suggest a nice black powder coat because it doesnt chip or flake off like paint will... plus i just saw the new TT TRD edition alpine white FJ and the TRD rims on it are not as "deep" black as you can get with a powder coat!!! ... by the way frogeye... SHIPPED OUT TODAY AS PROMISED!!! ... so I sent you confirmation email w/ tracking #'s and all that good stuff...

Since they are unmounted. I would also consider a powder coat of the front and rattle can the back side.
That is unless you scrape your rims a lot then rattle can them.
Congrats on getting some sweet rims.

I wheel a bunch and It's only a matter of time before they get scratched. So, I actually am planning on leaving them the color they are for now. I'll post up some pics as soon as I get everything setup.

Just got some rims yesterday and they are sexy as hell. The TRD box says "silver" and they are gonna look sweet on my TI.

I hope to have some rubber in a couple of weeks and will post up in my build thread.

I have to work on getting 16's, there just are

You aren't kidding Leroy. 33s with a 16inch inner diameter are not too much cheaper then a 33 17in. id. I can't wait to have my new shoes and tires. My wife is going to cut my balls off, but at least I'll still have my FJ.
