Haven't tried the rear window.... still just staring at the beauty!!! I am sure it will not be a problem with a 5mm mounting plate behind the wheel. There would be at least three turns of the thread to hold on the wheel.

FWIW - If there was a 275/70 17 AT I would jump immediately. I bet the Wrangler MT/R would be perfect... but I highway drive to the cottage every weekend and my family would not be thrilled with the noise.

Can't comment on the fitment.....But you just dropped 30k on something so you can take it out in the boonies a beat on it..Sooo... that would qualify you for the crazy part

I know Goodyear makes a A/T 275/70-17...does anyone know how they perform??

Keep us posted. I am looking at new tires and while I would like to go a little bigger, I intend to wheel this thing and I don't want to suffer any problems becuase of a change like this.

Tirerack's rating is 15 place out of 19 AT tires...

Thanks. You would be fine with the Wrangler MT/R (275/70/17). Great tire, especially if you are not winter driving.
