General Grabber AT - Shortage

Ordered General Grabber AT2 today, but not sure they will arrive. Apparently, they are back ordered nation wide.

Next best thing might be TreadWright... they have a K/O based pattern as well, without the BFG price like the AT2s

How do you figure that a retread would be the next best?

Re: General Grabber AT - Shortage

For those who really wheel, from buggys (small buggys/37s) all the way down to Jeeps, Treadwrights are a solid proven choice. However, the OP and I are interested in General Grabber AT2s... My self for the Wife's rig in OE 265/70/17s.

Anyone know anything about those?

Happens with all tires. Usually within a few weeks to 6 months they are back in stock.

Re: General Grabber AT - Shortage

I bought mine through Sears, they were $10-$30 cheaper than everyone and had a better install pkg (so I thought). When I posted they were out of stock Sears was giving me two stories, but once I placed my order they had them within two days. I didnt have good luck with the install at Sears though. They gouged all the rims and had to get them repaired. They paid for a three day car rental and threw in some extra service work, but the whole process took three weeks to get resolved, so buyer beware.
