Gorilla Lug Nuts

I'd like to put all locking lug nuts from Gorilla on my new FJ. What size should I be looking to order to be used on the steel wheels? I want the black ones to be more stealthy.

Re: Gorilla Lug Nuts

From my searching on the forum here I believe the size might be M12 x 1.5 (which is the same for nearly all Toyotas) and the steel wheels have a conical shape for their lugs while the alloys use the MAG style (as shown above). So I guess I'm looking at some that might look more like this:

Which according to their website would be part number: 71431NBC
I just need 6 for each tire and 3 for the spare. Totaling 27.

Re: Gorilla Lug Nuts

I didn't even know these existed. While I don't have an answer, I thank you for the post so I can add them to my wish list. I like them

Re: Gorilla Lug Nuts

you want part numbers
68634N - 24 pack
68631N - 4 pack (this is for your spare)

when you order them make sure to tell them you want the same code that way the 4 pack and the 24 pack use the same key. You will end up with one extra lug and two keys.

Edit:
it is a 12mm x 1.50
I am not sure if mine are black or not so you might wan to double check the part #'s for what you want. and they also have a couple diffrent types so make sure the kind you order/get will work with your wheels.

I have these and the lock nuts...Go to wheelersoffroad.com and you can order them there...Lugs are like $1 and change each and the lock nuts were only like $18 or so...Well worth it if you have black steelies...Look bad a$$ on my rock crawler 87 series!!

It looks like the part number needed for the steel wheels would be:
GOR-71631NBC for the 4 packs and
GOR-71634NBC for the 24 pack.

The NBC at the end I believe designates "black chrome". The 4 packs go for about $16 or so and the 24 packs go for about $40. The ones you listed above should work for the alloy, I think.

Re: Gorilla Lug Nuts

Got some photos of the 7089's with the lugs? I really like those wheels and have been thinking about getting them. Did you grind down the calipers yourself or have a shop do it?

I contacted cruiserlarry from the forum here and he hooked me up with a complete set for all the wheels including the spare.
