I think they come in 18's but that's not small enough for me still.

Depends on what you like - to each his own. Personally, I think anything over 17" starts looking a bit silly.

Couint the lugs and you will see It is a 8 lug rim . He is using a wheel spacer adapter that has a 6 to 8 conversion.
