If you're like me and like your white letters on the outside of the tire where they belong, yours probably get brown and almost impossible to scrub clean like mine. After you wash the tire and get the dirt off, get a Clorox Bleach Pen. It has a bleach gel in it. Dry the letters and scrub it on with the applicator brush on the pen. Drink yourself a nice cold Pepsi and then rub letters with your tire brush (doesn't take much) and rinse with water and they're whiter than new. Hope this helps somebody. It sure did me. OWLs look great on the black rims.

I'm still not sure what that means.
Yep, tried the bleach white. Too much scrubbing for me and it goes on like Windex. It gets on rims, etc. Eats through clearcoat and discolors even painted wheels, kills the shine. The bleach pen stays where you put it. Bleach White is a good product though. Just not my favorite.

never had an issue, not with clear coated, not with polished, not with painted, and not with chrome.
You can also get special tire marking pens... they work pretty well. I guess you can use 'em to touch up the white on your tires ... or if you like white writing but ended up with tires with black writing you can color the letters white. I did that on a previous vehicle and with no offroad use the white lettering lasted about 6 months before it began to fade and needed to be touched up.... just an idea
