Mickey Thompson MTX

Finally got some new shoes. I do alot of highway driving but wanted a good all terrain. Didn't want to spend for the BFGs, tried Cooper STs but struck out on a dealer so I ordered these. So far very happy with road manners hopefully off road manners will suite me too.

Thanks for those who shared some opinions/experiences on what they run.

Re: Mickey Thompson MTX

Update:

Did some light trails and really liked the performance of these, they do provide pretty decent traction on loose dirt/gravel. Couldn't tell you about mud due to drought, we had a little rain last weekend and I got a chance to get a little dirty but rain was absorbed like a sponge here.

Another note, on smooth roads they have a very slight but nice hum.

I'm running the same rubber. They hold up prety decent in the mud too. Not a bad AT tire for around $120 ea.
