33's in stock spare tire position.

looking into a little lift for my fj just enough to get 33's under it. i'm wondering when i do go this route, will i have to change the location of my spare tire carrier (move it up) ?

i'm running destination mt's in 33's which are a bit beefier then the above ones and my rear window opens fine still
