Around these parts those tires are called ClodBusters! Lol.

I love 'em they look much more capable over the stock. Good Job!

Tony, those tires look great on your rig. Its still a surprise to me that I have not seen you driving around, considering that I am in Pomona Monday-Friday for school. Now that your tires are on, I still may not see you, but I'm sure I will be able to hear you if you are near.

Re: LTB 34x10.5x16 Finally have them on.

Now those are some lights! How big are those?

+1 on the LTBs, I had a set and was unstoppable off road. Just don't go below 16 PSI on a 8" rim with no beadlocks. I had one bead unseat in the worse possible place, took us and hour to pull the truck out and swap the tire.

As you have stated they are not real good on the street. With my long trips to CO and other parts of Texas, I had to change...it was too much vibration above 60 MPH even with balancing and Dynabeads. Make sure you run them at 40 PSI or so to keep the side lugs off the ground, should be able to just barely slip a business card under there, this will smooth it out a lot.I opted for the Super Swampers SSRs in 285/75 R-16 (33.6 diameter) and since they are a radial, it is much smoother. Not bagging on your setup, Swampers rock!

I'll make some recordings of the sound at different speed with the LTB and also with stock tires. The LTB is best described as sounding like a B-17.

LOL... Yepper... I never thought about that way,

Re: LTB 34x10.5x16 Finally have them on.

I love the sound of my LTB's! It means I'm getting ready to hit the dirt soon.

x2 on running them at 40-42psi on the street, otherwise you'll wind up tearing lugs off of the sidewall edge when you turn.

[Edit] Plus no body mount rub with stock wheels because of the narrow width!

I took mine to three different places before they finally got balanced. Kauffman was the ticket. The dealership wouldn't touch them and 4WP had a tough time even though they mounted them (bought them from 4WP). Now they are great up to about 70mph where they start vibrating in unison and you get that weird sensation between your ears , then it smoothes out again at 75mph.
