BFG's on OME?

I was wandering if anyone has successfully run BFGs All-Terrain 295/75/16 with the OME 886 3in Front Coils 895 2in Rear Coils. Any problems or rubbing?

Re: BFG's on OME?

mir207 has that size with ome suspension and he had to chop the body mount.

Re: BFG's on OME?

I'm pretty sure that 295's would rub even with a 3" lift, so you would need to chop the body mounts.

mir207 does run that exact size with the OME lift and TC UCA's, but he was also running 1.25" spacers to fit his wheels. Using spacers like he did will most likely increase the chance of rubbing.

Yeah, those are exactly what I have and my guess also is that most of my rub issues were associated with the spacers. However, I would guess that some form of body mount chop would probably be needed since the tires are about 33.5" OD and about 12.5" wide (I could be off on the width, but I know they're an inch or so wider than the 34" LTB's and about exactly the same OD).

With all the chops they work great, though

Actually, you can almost see them in my sig photo (not the avatar - they're the pitbulls)

A better photo:
