would TRD-SE wheel fit with 305/70R16 MT?

would these 305/70R16 MT fit onto 16" x 7.5" stock TRD-SE wheels?
with 3" to 3.5" suspension raise.
I've seen 305/70R16 fitting perfectly with 16" x 8" was wondering if same for 16" x 7.5" does 0.5" make big difference?

Re: would TRD-SE wheel fit with 305/70R16 MT?

I thought the TRD wheels were 16x7.

Regardless.....305's are wide bro. 8 inch wide wheels are pushing it. Most tire shops or tire manufacturers will recommend a 8.5-9 inch wide wheel for that wide of a tire. I'm not saying it hasn't been done.....because it has. I've seen people running "true" 33's (33x12.5) on 7 inch wide rims although most/many would consider this a BIG "no-no".

What kind of info are you searching for? It is not recommended to run that wide of a tire on that narrow of a rim, people do it though.

Re: would TRD-SE wheel fit with 305/70R16 MT?

I'm looking into a set of 305/70R/16s on a set of American Racing Mojave wheels.... DROOL.

Would I need a lift with that or would a set of spacers do it?

I guess I was just curious... I knew the answer. I'm going with 285's But, was curious if people are doing this? Do you know any specific people? I'ld be curious to know if they are rubbing anywhere on the inside even with a 3" lift?

You're a little off topic... but, I think you will need a lift and body mount chop.

Re: would TRD-SE wheel fit with 305/70R16 MT?

I have a OME 3" lift and 285/75/16 KM2's and it was so close to the mount (but did clear without any rub) that I decided to chop the mount because that is a lot of coin to chunk up. They do look awesome on the TRD rims also.
